SIRPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,768 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FMNL1, AMPD3, and SKAP2. Each is linked with SIRPA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
