Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,514 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMSN1, HCK, and MEFV. Each is linked with SIRPA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPA results are reported.
