Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,610 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR147A, IGLVVI-25-1, and PDCL2P2. Each is linked with SIRPA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPA results are reported.
