Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIRPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,728 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are POT1, CEP131, and PCYT2. Each is linked with SIRPA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
