Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIPA1L3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SIPA1L3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SIPA1L3 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIPA1L3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where SIPA1L3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
