Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIPA1L3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIPA1L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD8, PAK4, and MED29. Each is linked with SIPA1L3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIPA1L3-to-partner and partner-to-SIPA1L3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIPA1L3 versus PSMD8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIPA1L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIPA1L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
