Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIPA1L2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SIPA1L2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SIPA1L2 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIPA1L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where SIPA1L2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
