SIPA1L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIPA1L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIPA1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, Cyclin-B1, and C-Raf. Each is linked with SIPA1L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIPA1L2-to-partner and partner-to-SIPA1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by SIPA1L2-low versus SIPA1L2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIPA1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIPA1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
