Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIPA1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,198 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIPA1L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with SIPA1L2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIPA1L2-to-partner and partner-to-SIPA1L2 results are reported.
