SIPA1L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIPA1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,825 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIPA1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDH11, ATP6V1D, and EIF2B2. Each is linked with SIPA1L1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIPA1L1-to-partner and partner-to-SIPA1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIPA1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIPA1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
