SIPA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIPA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,134 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, IL2RB, and TLR8. Each is linked with SIPA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIPA1-to-partner and partner-to-SIPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
