Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIN3B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SIN3B data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SIN3B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIN3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where SIN3B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
