SIN3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIN3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,670 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIN3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD4, UPF1, and DNAJC1. Each is linked with SIN3B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIN3B-to-partner and partner-to-SIN3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIN3B versus BRD4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIN3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIN3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
