Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIN3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,666 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIN3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2A1, RN7SL371P, and MCM5. Each is linked with SIN3B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIN3B-to-partner and partner-to-SIN3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP2A1 grouped by SIN3B-low versus SIN3B-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIN3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIN3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
