SIN3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIN3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,875 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIN3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to starvation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with SIN3B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIN3B-to-partner and partner-to-SIN3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to starvation grouped by SIN3B-low versus SIN3B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIN3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIN3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
