Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTCD2P1, SNORA10B, and RN7SL290P. Each is linked with SIMC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIMC1-to-partner and partner-to-SIMC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTCD2P1 grouped by SIMC1-low versus SIMC1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
