SIMC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,679 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP3, ZNF346, and TUB. Each is linked with SIMC1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIMC1-to-partner and partner-to-SIMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIMC1 versus LRP3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
