SIM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,642 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAR1B, FAM114A2, and WASHC4. Each is linked with SIM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIM2-to-partner and partner-to-SIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIM2 versus SAR1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
