SIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELSPBP1, SLCO1C1, and ECE2. Each is linked with SIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIM2-to-partner and partner-to-SIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELSPBP1 grouped by SIM2-low versus SIM2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
