SIM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,186 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIM1-AS1, NUAK1, and TMEM263. Each is linked with SIM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIM1-to-partner and partner-to-SIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIM1 versus SIM1-AS1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
