SIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 258 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF4, ZCCHC2, and GCAT. Each is linked with SIM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIM1-to-partner and partner-to-SIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF4 grouped by SIM1-low versus SIM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
