SILC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SILC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 993 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SILC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NSUN3, ZNF852, and PTPN11. Each is linked with SILC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SILC1-to-partner and partner-to-SILC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NSUN3 grouped by SILC1-low versus SILC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SILC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SILC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
