Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,038 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC1, TMED9, and NUCB2. Each is linked with SIL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIL1-to-partner and partner-to-SIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIL1 versus PRRC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
