Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,578 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA5, GAB1, and TMED9. Each is linked with SIL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIL1-to-partner and partner-to-SIL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIL1 versus HSPA5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
