SIL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-294P, MIR4299, and RNU6-901P. Each is linked with SIL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIL1-to-partner and partner-to-SIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-294P grouped by SIL1-low versus SIL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
