SIL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SIL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIL1-to-partner and partner-to-SIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SIL1-low versus SIL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
