Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,960 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, Glycoprotein catabolic process, and Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with SIL1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIL1-to-partner and partner-to-SIL1 results are reported.
