Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,590 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FERMT1, SYNRG, and ARHGEF26. Each is linked with SIL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIL1-to-partner and partner-to-SIL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIL1 versus FERMT1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
