Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,216 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, L-threonine metabolic process, and L-threonine catabolic process. Each is linked with SIL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIL1-to-partner and partner-to-SIL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by SIL1-low versus SIL1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
