Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, G6PC2, and DEFA4. Each is linked with SIL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIL1-to-partner and partner-to-SIL1 results are reported.
