SIKE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIKE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIKE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D2, LINC02769, and TCERG1P2. Each is linked with SIKE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIKE1-to-partner and partner-to-SIKE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4D2 grouped by SIKE1-low versus SIKE1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIKE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIKE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
