SIK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1245P, ABHD17AP7, and MIR3927. Each is linked with SIK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK2-to-partner and partner-to-SIK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1245P grouped by SIK2-low versus SIK2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
