SIK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 582 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAL4F, CABP5, and CSTL1. Each is linked with SIK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK2-to-partner and partner-to-SIK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4F grouped by SIK2-low versus SIK2-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
