Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGMAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,232 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGMAR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA export from nucleus, Response to methamphetamine hydrochloride, and G protein-coupled opioid receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SIGMAR1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGMAR1-to-partner and partner-to-SIGMAR1 results are reported.
