SIGLEC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,196 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIN3, SKAP2, and SPN. Each is linked with SIGLEC9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC9-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC9 versus RIN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
