Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,737 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIGLEC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC7A, MEFV, and DENND3. Each is linked with SIGLEC9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC9-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC9 versus CLEC7A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
