SIGLEC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, eEF2, and GATA6. Each is linked with SIGLEC9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC9-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by SIGLEC9-low versus SIGLEC9-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
