Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,296 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fat cell proliferation, Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with SIGLEC9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC9-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC9 results are reported.
