Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIGLEC7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SIGLEC7 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher SIGLEC7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIGLEC7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, HNSC, and KICH are the cancer types where SIGLEC7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
