Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,419 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, MYO1G, and NCF1. Each is linked with SIGLEC7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC7-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC7 results are reported.
