Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,361 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIGLEC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are WAS, CD53, and LRRC25. Each is linked with SIGLEC7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC7-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC7 versus WAS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
