SIGLEC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, MIG-6, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with SIGLEC7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC7-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha grouped by SIGLEC7-low versus SIGLEC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
