Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,713 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIGLEC7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hyaluronan biosynthetic process, Regulation of ERBB signaling pathway, and Myelination in peripheral nervous system. Each is linked with SIGLEC7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC7-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC7 results are reported.
