SIGLEC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 328 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUZP4, RERGL, and TNP1. Each is linked with SIGLEC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC7-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LUZP4 grouped by SIGLEC7-low versus SIGLEC7-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
