SIGLEC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,058 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPA3, KANK2, and CLIC2. Each is linked with SIGLEC6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC6-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC6 versus CPA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
