SIGLEC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, Ku80, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with SIGLEC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC6-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by SIGLEC6-low versus SIGLEC6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
