Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,931 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to morphine, Cellular response to isoquinoline alkaloid, and Apoptotic cell clearance. Each is linked with SIGLEC6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC6-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC6 results are reported.
