SIGLEC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELA1, CFC1B, and PRAMEF10. Each is linked with SIGLEC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC6-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELA1 grouped by SIGLEC6-low versus SIGLEC6-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
