SIGLEC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,777 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, FMNL1, and MYO1F. Each is linked with SIGLEC5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC5-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC5 versus WIPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
