Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 297 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIGLEC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00211, STMN2, and NCS1. Each is linked with SIGLEC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC5-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC5 versus LINC00211 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
